Welcome to ASME University of Toronto Student Section

Welcome to the University of Toronto student section of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. ASME is known for setting codes and standards for mechanical devices. ASME runs the Student Professional Development Conference (SPDC), which allows students to network, and promotes ASME's benefits to professionals. There are four different competitions take place during the SPDC conference: Old Guard Oral Presentation, Old Guard Technical Poster, Technical Web Page, and Student Design Competition. Every year ASME UofT Student Section actively participates in SPDC conference and competitions.
